About me

I've spent over 20 years figuring out what to make, and then making it. The medium has changed — print, web, products, platforms — the work hasn't. I go deep on a problem, create something that works, and drive it until it sticks.

I started in print — editorial design for brands like Elle and L'Oréal — and moved into interface design over time. Along the way: Stanford HCI, a PBA from IBA Kolding, and certifications from Nielsen Norman Group, Baymard Institute, and Google.

For the last nine years, I've been at Danfoss, where users range from engineers configuring industrial components to customers purchasing products across global markets. I co-created Mosaic, our company-wide design system. I designed PowerSource, one of the first Danfoss products built on the new platform foundation. And since 2019, I've owned design on Danfoss Product Store, a B2B eCommerce platform that keeps growing.

I care that software actually works — that it solves real problems, gets used, and lasts. That means thinking about adoption and stakeholder buy-in from day one, not as an afterthought.

Right now, I'm especially interested in how AI is changing UX practice. I've been using AI-assisted prototyping in real projects and learning the tools as they emerge. I want to be part of shaping where the discipline goes.

Outside work

I run, and I'm on the board of the Danfoss Marathon Club. Currently working my way through the SuperHalfs — six half marathons across Europe. I read a lot. I barbecue, and recently I've been getting into smoking meat. And even when I'm not at work, I'm often with AI — learning it, playing with it, figuring out what it can do.
